“Sensational” Summer Sunday School for Mid-High Youth
Attention graduating 5th–8th graders: Are you ready to sharpen your senses and experience God in a whole new way? Join us from 9:40 to 10:30 am in the Youth Center for “sensational” adventures designed to grow your faith!
Sr. High Talk Time is Back!
ALL graduating 8th graders and Sr. High Youth are invited to join us Wednesday evenings from 7:00–8:30 pm in the Youth Center for Sr. High Talk Time. Talk Time is a “drop-in” small group which focuses on deepening our faith through study and discussion.
Change of Plans for Next Sunday, July 20th:
The Ice Cream Social planned for July 20th has been cancelled. Instead, Youth Group will meet next Sunday from 12:00–2:00 pm and head out into the community to perform Random Acts of Kindness—don’t miss the fun! Meet at the Youth Center at 12 noon (lunch will be provided) and we’ll return to Mt. Zion at 2:00 pm.
Guys vs. Girls in this Summer’s Hottest Competition!
It’s Mt. Zion’s “Battle of the Sexes” on Sunday, July 27th from 6:30–8:00 pm. Bring a bag dinner and join us for fun, fellowship, and some friendly competition as we face challenges of skill, speed, and smarts!
Is Your Family Up for a Little Adventure?
Join us for Whitewater Rafting on the Potomac River on Saturday, August 16th from 7:00 am–2:30 pm. Cost: $65 per person (includes rafting and picnic lunch).
